About UK Metals Day 2026

ZwickRoell invites you to UK Metals Day 2026, held in association with the UK Metals Council, Aluminium Federation, British Stainless Steel Association and the Confederation of British Metalforming.

This free-to-attend event brings together professionals from across the UK metals industry to explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping the sector today and in the years ahead.

What to expect:

• Expert speakers sharing insights on current trends in the UK metals industry
• A state of the nation update on the new UK Government Industrial Strategy
• Practical perspectives on the role of materials testing in driving innovation
• Live materials testing demonstrations from ZwickRoell specialists
• Dedicated time to network with industry peers, partners and experts
• Attendees are encouraged to bring their own metal samples for live testing

The day is designed to encourage open discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the metals supply chain from production and processing through to testing, standards and application.
